After 4 years in the Noosa area Leach Goup have a name for high-end housing. We now build directly for you and have started four new homes in the Noosa area.

We are currently purchasing prime land to offer you up-market land/home packages. Leach Group are proud that two have recently been sold to Boys Town.

Leach Group are innovative with their approach to building, giving you a flexible alternative. We have added a new line to our housing design that offers you  a home business centre with complete fit out, this includes all computers software & furniture.

We provide a full landscaping service creating a lifestyle retreat in your own home.

The directors

Danny and Mari-anne Leach are the directors and principals of DJ Leach P/L and their combined skills have contributed to their significant business success and asset accumulation over the past 25 years. Their experience, expertise and impeccable professionalism is evident in the many testimonials and letters of recommendations from previous clients.

Danny is a qualified builder and registered building practitioner having dual registration in Victoria & Queensland. Many of the developments undertaken by DJ Leach P/L have been successfully marketed and sold by Danny and Marianne through working closely by nurturing a strong business alliance with their customers, many of whom were repeat customers.

Mari-anne assists in the day to day operations of the company and is closely involved in client liaison, design, color selection and presentation of display homes. She manages both the financial administration as well as contract preparation, stock ordering and sourcing materials for client selections.

The DJ Leach Pty Ltd team includes many sub-trades who have worked closely with our company for many years and share a commitment to quality and to the development of intelligent and truly liveable designs to suit our tropical lifestyle.

Our Services

DJ Leach P/L has been involved in projects of residential construction in Pergian Beach, Cooroy, Nambour and currently in Noosa Waters with a leading builder and architect. DJ Leach P/L has also been contracted to complete work including landscaping with the excavator leading to strong demand for this service.

The company has purchased a number of large allotments in the QM Properties sub-division 'Noosa Retreat' to develop quality and affordable housing. We have engaged the services of 2 Noosa based architects to design & draw an exciting new range of 'upmarket' new homes.

We do Residential Construction

DJ Leach will build for you using your own designs or we will create a beautiful home using our award winning designs. Our houses are designed for 'Lifestyle' and include all the features to enable this.Our homes include extras where necessary such as extra lighting, power points, taps etc. that we felt neccessary during construction to enable you to live the 'Lifestyle'. It is this attention to detail that enables us to produce a home of high quality. We select only high grade building materials and use tradespersons that can deliver a product to a high standard and take pride in their work.

Client Advisory Services

Already DJ Leach Pty Ltd has a number of prospective clients who seek to employ the company to construct or renovate their own homes. Our company is also able to provide financial advice and new home design. Providing support from initial concept, to the completion of the final product - your new home.
